Kristin Dudek has been the backbone of DRD Law, LLC since the firm’s founding in December 2020, serving as our Organizational Development Officer. In this pivotal role, Kristin leads multiple strategic projects that enhance every aspect of our client experience, from human resources management to establishing the firm’s distinctive culture of excellence.
A graduate of Ferris State University, Kristin brings a unique perspective to legal services through her extensive background in customer service across multiple industries, most recently in healthcare and dentistry. This non-traditional path has proven invaluable in creating a client experience that sets DRD Law apart from conventional law firms.
Kristin has been instrumental in helping establish the cutting-edge systems and technology that enable DRD Law to deliver superior results and service to our clients. Her creative thinking and no-nonsense approach to problem-solving have been essential in building the operational foundation that supports our reputation for professional excellence in criminal defense.

Known for her constant smile and unwavering dedication, Kristin is a natural leader who brings the same level of commitment to every role she undertakes. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Hinsdale Women’s Junior League and is actively involved in organizing community events and fundraisers throughout the Chicago area.
When she’s not driving innovation at DRD Law, Kristin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children. She’s an avid gardener and maintains an active presence in several social organizations, always looking for ways to contribute to her community.
